This may not be possible without expensive travel. Sellers may lack autonomy when listing the property and may need constant, hands-on management of the process.


Solution:

  • Provides users with a software application or website that allows users to list and purchase properties via data points in the application.

  • Allows users to identify location, proximity to attractions, school districts, and other necessities prior to purchasing a property.

  • Enables users to virtually tour and inspect a property to create a hands-off buying experience.

  • Features different areas within the application for a seller to upload information regarding inspections, asking prices, and other similar real estate needs.

Hands Off is a mobile software application or website that allows a user to list and purchase properties by leveraging data points within the application such as property location, proximity to attractions, school districts, proximity to roadways, transit, and more. The application may also allow a user to virtually tour and inspect a property to create a hands-off buying and selling experience.
